Tallyfield Rollups for Jira

Data practices

Tallyfield processes Jira hierarchy and estimate fields inside Atlassian Forge and stores only derived rollups and repair state. It does not intentionally store user personal data.

This technical disclosure describes the current implementation. It is not the publisher's legal privacy policy.

At a glance

Personal data stored: No personal data is intentionally stored.
Uninstall behavior: Hosted storage may remain recoverable for 28 days after uninstall.
External egress: No data leaves Atlassian or Forge. The app declares no Forge Remote endpoint or external egress.

Derived hierarchy rollups

Purpose: Keep descendant estimate totals and descendant counts queryable on parent work items.
Location: App-owned Jira number fields and Atlassian Forge hosted storage
Retention: Values remain while the app is installed; Forge hosted storage can remain recoverable for 28 days after uninstall under Atlassian's platform lifecycle.

Field ownership and repair state

Purpose: Track app-owned field identifiers, project sweep cursors, and the latest repair result.
Location: Atlassian Forge hosted storage
Retention: Records remain while installed and follow Forge's 28-day post-uninstall retention window.
