Factory preview
- Moved the Forge app and pure rollup engine into the shared factory while preserving the registered app identity.
- Added app-owned Jira fields, event-driven recomputation, scheduled drift repair, and deterministic listing screenshots.
- Kept availability at building until authenticated Forge, JQL, automation, and scale validation pass.
